Dr. Graf's twenty years of active service as a United States Air Force Officer, including hundreds of hours of B-52 arctic flight experience, two years as Operations Officer at Sondrestrom Air Base, Greenland, and eventually Commander of the 2004th Communications Squadron, provides his intimate understanding of the polar region to which Adolphus Greely led the Lady Franklin Bay Scientific Expedition in 1881.
Dr. Graf founded the Management Division at Bradford College in Bradford, Massachusetts, and served as its Chairman and Professor of Economics and Finance for 20 years, during which time he also authored "Arctic Journeys: A History of Exploration for the Northwest Passage."
